Lab’s latest publication on TCF-1 controlling the 3D genome of T cells was highlighted in Nature’s Research Briefing

A major teamwork in the lab led by Aditi Chandra, Naomi Goldman, Sora Yoon, and Emily Ferrari was highlighted in Research Briefing from Nature press. An anonymous reviewer: “This manuscript presents an intriguing reversal of the usual perspective on transcription factor action. Instead of focusing on the positive roles of TCF-1 on enhancer–promoter looping, the authors emphasize the ability of TCF-1 to break default insulation boundaries of topologically associating domains and thus allow new cross-boundary interactions to proceed. This work is very thought-provoking and offers a global vision worthy of being shared.”
